CAR BODY MANUFACTURING - ITALIAN COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR ANOMALYA SUPERCAR To build anomalya supercar the Sly Garage Factory uses the last generation of engineering composites for vehicles making our car lighter, safer and more fuel efficient than other materials. The composite, as car material, is composed by high performance fiber (carbon or glass) in a matrix material (epoxy polymer) when combined provides enhanced properties compared with individual materials it selves. Carbon-fiber composites weigh about one-fifth as much as steel, but are as good or better in terms of stiffness and strength. It also, do not rust or corrode as steel or aluminum, and it significantly increase vehicle fuel economy by reducing vehicle weight by as much as 60 percent. |

This paint is actually the top of the market, of course the end customer will choose the color he wants for his car, the one we use see the photo below is the Supercars Porsche and Lamborghini type Green painted with three layers of paint, this kind of paint plays with the light reflections intensely beautiful. We recommend to use only the paint with three coats given the excellent final result. AERODYNAMIC ANOMALYA - FORMULA TEST AND CONTROLS The Anomalya's aerodynamic is the maximum expression of automotive mechanical engineering applied to a street car. Sly Garage Factory engineers has designed a perfect aerodynamic system according to the weight, engine and components choosing elegant car body made in Italy. The aerodynamic system of our supercar is based on a customized Porsche chasis with a designed ground clearance, combined with a rear diffuser, rear wing and a front diffuser, when it accelerates the airflow over the entire undercarriage, generating a low pressure which sucks the vehicle to the ground. |
